APPOINTMENTS
We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. Appointments may be booked online for your convenience. We also welcome same-day appointments and walk-ins when availability permits, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice, including same-day bookings, will result in a 50% service fee.​

INFANT & CHILD POLICY
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that infants and children do not accompany you to your appointment. Children may not be left unattended in the lobby.
LATE POLICY
A 5-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may still be serviced only if time allows. In such cases, the service may be performed by a different esthetician, or the service time may be adjusted to avoid delays for other guests. If adequate time is not available, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. We strongly encourage calling ahead if you anticipate arriving late.
APPOINTMENTS FOR MINORS
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first appointment. A Minor Waxing Consent Form must be completed prior to service.
Parents/guardians may grant permission for future appointments without accompaniment by completing the optional consent section.
TOUCH-UP POLICY
We are committed to delivering flawless results. If any unwanted hair remains after your service, we are pleased to offer a complimentary touch-up within 24 hours of your original appointment, on the originally serviced area.
