APPOINTMENTS

Making an appointment in advance is recommended. Appointments can be made by booking online. 
Same day/walk-in appointments are welcome, and we will always try our best to accommodate you.
In order to be fair to our staff and to ensure the best quality service for our clients, we do have certain studio policies in place. By making an appointment with our studio, you agree to our policies and our cancellation/late policy.

LATE POLICY

We have a 10-minute late policy (5-minute for services less than 15 mins long). If you are running 10 or more minutes late, there is a possibility we may not be able to take you for your scheduled appointment(s). We will always do our best to accommodate you. It is best to call if you are running behind.    

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours is appreciated when cancelling an appointment.  

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

*Any appointments (even made same day) that are no showed will be charged 50% of service fee.
*No show: no notice given to us that you will not be making your scheduled appointment.

 

APPOINTMENT FOR MINORS

We require a parent or guardian to accompany anyone under the age of 18 to their first appointment. Parent/guardian must fill out a 'Minor Waxing Consent Form' with our studio before we perform the service(s) on the minor. Parent/guardian may give us permission to see minors in the future without supervision, by filling out optional section of the consent form.

 

INFANT/CHILD POLICY

For the safety of your young child and out of respect for others, we ask that infants and children do not accompany you to your appointment. For liability reasons, we cannot allow young children under the age of 12 to be unsupervised in the lobby.
